Palmetto’s seal coat and line striping division has recently been awarded
or completed work on various shopping center and restaurant projects. Some
of the recent projects have included Hardee’s, Aiken, SC, Shoppes at
Fury’s Ferry Road, Burke Crossing Shopping Center, Waynesboro, Georgia,
Midland Valley Shopping Center, Clearwater, SC, and Windsor Place Shopping
Center and
Windsor Square Shopping Center in Augusta. Our work comes with a warranty.
Project Manager Rick Rogers stated “We
are excited to offer our seal coat and line striping services in a regional
area. It is smart for a shopping center owner to maintain their parking lot,
and everyone loves the look of a newly seal coated and line striped parking
lot. We have found that often times Palmetto can also perform minor asphalt
repairs which prevent much more costly repairs at a later date.” By using
Polymer-Modified Master Seal® from SealMaster, Palmetto can boast that
it is the only local contractor to use this product exclusively. This exclusive
product produces a coating with added toughness, flexibility, adhesion, and
weather resistance. Photos > 02, 03
