TraKSouth was awarded the $7.0 million dollar job by Collins and Arnold. TraKSouth completed another Lowe's project for Collins and Arnold in Riverdale, Georgia.
This job included clearing 23 acres, 2,308,680 square feet of grading, 25 acres of grassing, and over 40,000 square yards of Asphalt Paving.
This was TraKSouth's fourth Lowe's Home Improvement store. In order to meet Lowe's aggressive schedule for completing the store, TraKSouth worked 24 hour shifts for two months.
This was a very complicated job, because in conjunction with the new Lowe's, TraKSouth also relocated a section of Old Evans Road through a restaurant parking lot and prepared for the installation of a new traffic signal located at the intersection of Old Evans Road and Washington Road.

While keeping the shopping center open, TraKSouth performed a very complicated demolition and re-construction site work project.
TraKSouth was involved in 8 projects over a three period in conjunction with this development.
