Maintaining asphalt on a regular basis ultimately reduces the liability of property owners by preserving the smoothness and resilience of the asphalt surface. Palmetto uses only Polymer-modified Master Seal® from SealMaster, which has exceptional skid resistance in both wet and dry conditions. Palmetto is the only local contractor to use this product exclusively and it is purchased hot and pre-mixed from the manufacturer and allows for application at full strength without the need to dilute.
